Just got my oil changed on my Bmw 440i and I couldn't feel any happier. Barrie and his team are knowledgeable, honest and hard working mechanics. I was greeted at the door when I walked into the shop and was taken care of immediately. I had some questions regarding preventative maintenance. Barrie gave me his insight on what I should look out for, which was very helpful as I like to baby my car. Barrie truly cares for all his clients and will do anything he can to make them happy. 10/10 service, I highly recommend this shop if you are looking for a trusted mechanic with high quality work.

My family and I have been working with Barry and his team at Lucky 8 for many years. His service is always exceptional; very fast and he and his crew are very knowledgeable about cars of all years (I was bringing him my 1985 Honda Civic for a while and he kept it running like new!). Extremely friendly and knowledgeable staff. And the shop itself looks like pharmacy. So clean and organized. Definitely show that the owner got proud in his job and business. This review is WAY past due, but Barry and his team were my go-to mechanics when I lived in the GTA (for many years). Now that I live elsewhere in Canada, I am really missing Barry's honesty, professionalism, and style of workmanship. He always took the time to inform me about vehicle issues and helped me assess the value for spend - I had a rust bucket for a while there. Lucky eight is definitely the best shop in York Region and probably the GTA.
